Monday- Jan. 19

From 1 to 4 p.m., I sat through my 3 hour government class. Afterwards, I went to Tai Chi and spent the first half hour or so figuring out what color I wanted my Tai Chi outfit to be. I finally decided on a blue. After class was over, I returned to my apartment to do homework. That evening, Kailey, Jared and I went to "poor man's hot pot", a type of restaurant in which you choose hundreds of sticks with small amounts of food on them that are then fried in oil. The restaurant was tiny. It was as if the chairs and tables were meant for 6 year olds. But the food was pretty good. A little while after dinner, I went to Emma's apartment to work on Chinese homework together.
